Frankfort Youth Athletic Association (FYAA)

The Frankfort Youth Athletic Association is a member of the River Valley Football League. The Frankfort Youth Athletic Association was established in 2004 with the following objective: "To promote and install self-confidence, good sportsmanship, camaraderie, physical and mental development while learning the techniques of football and cheerleading."

Originally planned for 4 football teams and 4 cheerleading squads, it became apparent at our first registration that the interest in this town was beyond what we had anticipated. We responded to that need, and doubled the size of the league to accommodate each and every child that wished to participate. At that point in time, we had no field, no facility, no uniforms, no equipment, not nearly enough coaches and no funds. We did, however, have a vision. We also had a large group of dedicated people who were willing to step up and donate a great deal of their time and expertise to this dream. We had faith in the fact that when people are willing to put their hearts and souls towards a common goal, miracles can happen. Thus, the Frankfort Falcons were born.

FYAA is a not-for-profit organization that provides experienced coaches, quality equipment and a feeder program for Lincoln-Way East and other area high schools.

The Frankfort Falcons have quickly become an integral part of the community, providing a wonderful outlet for our youth and a great form of entertainment for our citizens.

We are proud of this organization, and we are hopeful that generations beyond ours will enjoy and continue to improve upon what we have created.

VOLUNTEER POLICY - IMPORTANT REMINDER
This is a reminder that the Falcons has changed their policy with respect to volunteering.  You are required to volunteer for the organization once for each child in the league.  Please note that this does not include game responsibilities such as fruit, chains, water or security.  It does include responsibilities for the league such as concessions, Falcon wear tent, cookie dough, split the pot and others.  Please refer to the "volunteer" section in our website which lists all of the volunteer areas.

As a reminder, you must bring your signed volunteer card to equipment turn-in, along with your equipment.  At that time, you will receive your $50 volunteer refund, and will then be eligible to receive alumni status for next yearFailure to turn-in a signed card will result in loss of alumni status next year.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you are not yet scheduled to volunteer this season, you need to contact the chairperson listed on the website so that you can be scheduled.  Please don't wait until the last game to do so.  Please note that there was an excellent volunteer turn-out at our last home game.  Thank you to all parents who fulfilled their volunteer responsibilities.

Action Photography
Once again Action Photography will be at our home games to take action shots this year. Toward the middle to the end of the season, they will be at our home games selling those action shots of your child at that time. The prices are extremely reasonable and the shots are fantastic. Remind your families to look for their table to review/purchase those shots at our home games during the season.
