the information pertaining to cheer camp! It will be a 2 day camp for LW,
JV and V squads. 1 day camp for SLW. All camps take place at Lincoln-Way
East H.S.

Important information regarding Frankfort Falcons Cheer
2010
Required Information
1) Practices begin the week of August 2, 2010.
2) Mandatory Cheer Camp is the week of July 19, 2010. In cooperation With
Lincoln-Way East Cheerleaders.
3) Uniform fittings
V & JV Black and Blue Monday, April 19, 2010 5:30-7:30pm.
Varsity and JV White Tuesday, April 20, 2010 5:30-7:30pm.
SLW all squads Wednesday, April 21, 2010 5:30-7:30pm.
LW all squads Thursday, April 22, 2010 5:30-7:30pm.
All take place above concessions at Main Park.
4) All cheerleaders are required to have a warm up suit which is ordered through
Action Sports, Frankfort at a cost of approximately $75. All warm up suits are
ordered with black pants. All families that had purchased blue pants last year
or have been moved to another squad due to the FYAA expansion are exempt from
this rule.
5) All cheerleaders are required to have a bodysuit, boy shorts & no show socks,
which are to be purchased through Action Sports Frankfort. Individual coaches
may have different required liners. Specify squad color and level when ordering.
6) All orders through Action Sports must be placed by June 30, 2010 to ensure
delivery by the start of game season. PLEASE DO NOT
MAKE ANY OF THE ABOVE PURCHASES UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM YOUR HEAD COACH
7) All cheerleaders must have Converse Chant cheer shoes which can be purchased
through our uniform vendor (Varsity Spirit) at uniform fittings or online at

These are the same shoes we used in the 2009 season. If yours are in good shape
they can be used again.
8) All Cheer families should expect to travel to games at least 4x per season,
as far as Ottawa.
9) All Cheer families should expect additional costs throughout the season such
as Homecoming, banquet, competition fees etc.
10) Bows will be delivered to cheerleaders by the first game. Only one bow per
cheerleader is provided by FYAA.
11) Coaches will be in contact with their squad via email by April 1, 2010.
12) All families are required to review the Parent Handbook found online
as well as print and sign the Handbook Acceptance form. This form must be turned
in by the first day of practice or the cheerleader will not be able to
participate.
